Makes: 1 large glass, or 2 medium glasses Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup soy milk 1 large banana or 2 medium bananas, frozen 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, optional 2 tbs cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder (use 1 tbs if using protein powder) 1 tbs peanut butter 2 tbs oats
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a strong blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
