Ingredients:
YouMee MiSua 1 pack
Chicken breast 50g
Shrimp 20g
Spring Onion 5g
Ginger 2 Slices
Dressing:
Rice wine 2 Soup Spoons
Salt A Pinch
Peppers A pinch
Oyster Sauce 1 Soup spoon
Soy Sauce 1 Tea spoon
Fine Sugar 1 Tea spoon
Cooking Oil 2 Soup Spoons
Method:
- Boil a pot of water, add ginger slices and rice wine, turn off the stove, then add the chicken breast (Make a few slits on the chicken breast)cover and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
- Take out the chicken breast, tear it into strips with hands, and set it aside.
- Clean up the shrimps, add some salt and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes, then pan fry until cooked.
- Cook the YouMee MiSua, add oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar on MiSua, pour the boiled oil on the MiSua, mix well.
- Lastly, put the chicken strips on the MiSua and put the shrimp around the MiSua. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on the top.
