Choose your own hearty broth of choice, add in plenty of fresh greens and protein, and top it with our high-protein Plain Youmee Noodles that are made with just flour, water and salt - you've just DIY-ed your own cup noodles! We made a Japanese-inspired version here with clear miso broth, tofu, mushrooms, carrots and chicken - much better than a regular cup noodle, we'd say.
